Guild Configuration
One of the core components of the bot is the fact that the administrators can configure various aspects of the bot to their liking. From the suggestions channel to DM responses, you can take control of your server's experience.
With Discord's slash commands, it's easy to configure the bot with readable and UI-friendly commands and options.
Configuring the bot is really easy. Simply run /configure guild and click on the provided buttons.
The following items are ordered by the way they appear in the responses.
Default Menu - Page 1
Suggestions Channel
You can either view or set the channel where suggestions will be posted. You will be able to choose from a list of text channels in your server when selected.

This allows you to manage what happens to suggestions when resolved. The options do the following:
Same Message: When enabled, this configuration allows a suggestion to remain in the channel when approved or rejected vs. the bot being deleting the original message and posting the results to the set configuration channel.Dedicated Channel: The Change Log Channel is opened. This will let you configure a channel to send resolved suggestions to.
Anonymous Moderators
When enabled, this configuration allows moderators to optionally submit actions as anonymous, omitting any of their profile information from the suggestion. Read more about this feature here.

The options are as follows:
No Queue: All suggestions go directly to the configured suggestions channel.Virtual Suggestions Queue: All suggestions are stored virtually and moderators must run/queue viewto review suggestions.Send them to a channel based queue: The Configure Channel Based Suggestions Queue and Logs Menu is launched to configure channels in your guild to send queued suggestions to.

DM Responses
When disabling DM responses, the bot won't DM the user on these actions:
- A suggestion is submitted (an ephemeral message will be sent instead)
- A suggestion is resolved
- A note is added to a suggestion
Users are also able to configure their own DM settings using the /configure user command. This allows a user to choose their own preferences. However, they cannot override your server's settings.
This means if you disabled DMs via the /configure guild command, the user will not be able to receive them if they tried to enable them.
Guild Language
Select the default language for your guild. If we support it, we will use this language in the bots public messages such as suggestion embeds.
Defaults to English.
Want your language present? Reach out to us and help us translate the bot.
Update Channel
Occasionally we release cool new features and want to inform you that they exist. Further we may use this channel to inform you of important events such as planned maintenance outages.
Intended uses for this include announcing when the dashboard goes live later this year.
Leaving this blank affects no functionality of the bot.
